Development Management is the overarching management of the project -, financial- and marketing management functions required on any property development. The Development Manager is tasked to ensure that the development is strategically aligned with the clients’ needs and objectives and that the development is successfully completed. The Development Manager are fully accountable and responsible within the mandate provided by the client to ensure that the development objectives are achieved.

About Us

RedCubed’s vision is to simplify property development within the South African context and was founded by Tinus Erasmus.

Before Tinus started RedCubed, he spent ten years with a leading property development company in the integrated housing development sector where he was the Head of Professional Services within the group, taking care specifically of the Project Management, Architecture and Town Planning Departments. Tinus is a registered Professional Town Planner with the South African Council for Planners and a registered Professional Member of Project Management South Africa.

With more than 12 years’ experience in the property development space, RedCubed Consulting is in an ideal position to provide its clients with the necessary expertise and experience required to facilitate a successful endeavour in the property development environment. With our experience gained from a property developers perspective of facilitating the planning, design, construction and successful completion of various large-scale mix-use developments, RedCubed Consulting is strategically placed to offer these services to respective property developers.

With the successful management of multiple large-scale residential projects in excess of 10 000 residential units per project, RedCubed Consulting have extensive experience in managing professional teams across multiple projects at the same time. Every project tends to be in different stages of their respective lifecycles and thus highly complicated in nature with different stages of planning, design, construction and handover taking place at the same time on each project.
